Use of Images
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that OSM Live retains the right to use any images captured during your event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and marketing materials. This usage will occur unless you explicitly state otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Consent
By engaging our services, you grant OSM Live permission to capture and use images of you and/or participants at the event. If you are a parent or guardian, you confirm that you have the authority to grant this permission on behalf of any minors involved.
Opt-Out Option
If you wish to opt out of the usage of your images for promotional purposes, please contact us at admin@osmliveau.com prior to your event. We will honor your request and ensure your images are not used for marketing.
Limitations of Liability
OSM Live is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of images in accordance with this policy. You acknowledge that once images are shared publicly, OSM Live cannot control their use or dissemination.
Retention of Rights
OSM Live retains all copyright and other rights to the images taken during the event, regardless of how they are used. Your rights to the images are limited to the terms of the license provided upon purchase.
Data We Collect
To provide our services we collect your email address (to give you gallery access and deliver purchase links), purchase records (payment reference, amount, and items bought), and limited technical data such as IP addresses used briefly to protect against misuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Modifications
OSM Live reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
